Main objective of this project is to Promote economic & development activities for the benefit of Backward Classes. And assist, subject to such income and/or economic criteria as may be prescribed by government from time to time, individuals or groups of individuals belonging to Backward Classes by way of loans and advances for economically and financially viable schemes and projects. It will be an up-gradation of technical and entrepreneurial skills of Backward Classes for proper and efficient management of production units.
The e-Courts project was conceptualized on the basis of the “National Policy and Action Plan for Implementation of information and communication technology (ICT) in the Indian Judiciary – 2005” submitted by e-Committee (Supreme Court of India), with a vision to transform the Indian Judiciary by ICT enablement of Courts. THE PROJECT ENVISAGES:To provide efficient & time-bound citizen centric service delivery. To develop, install & implement decision support systems in courts. To automate the processes to provide transparency of Information access to its stakeholders. To enhance judicial productivity both qualitatively & quantitatively, to make the justice delivery system affordable, accessible, cost effective & transparent.To provide technical manpower in various courts all over kerala
IHRD started a PMD-Production and Maintenance Division to provide service on maintenance of Computers and its peripherals at RC Edappally as per Pro.No.DA2/13637/15/HRD dt 11.06.2017 as IHRD is designated as a Total Solution Provider at RC Edappally as per order No. GO(MS) No.13/2000/ITD dt 28.07.2000 and started its functioning from 2017
The project aims to capacity building and development of entrepreneurial skills in scheduled tribes of Kerala through providing training in the production of Solar Lanterns/LED bulbs.

2. Training on making solar lamps

4. Helping the tribal people to set up startup/cottage industry
